BREAKFAST
A complimentary continental breakfast is served to your room between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please fill out your breakfast card  and place it on the outside door handle before 11:00 p.m.

BUSINESS CENTER 
Complimentary access to our Business Center.  Includes computer access, wireless internet, and a printer. 

CHECK-OUT TIME
Check in and Checkout – Check in time is 3 PM, should you arrive early we will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. If your room is not available we will be happy to store your luggage until your return.
Checkout time is 12 Noon, a late checkout of 1:30 PM may be purchased in advance for $50.00, after 1:30 PM a full night’s charges will apply. Please contact front desk with any questions or to request a late departure.

NEWSPAPERS
Complimentary USA Today newspapers are available daily in the lobby, or we will gladly deliver one with breakfast upon request.

COPIES & FAX SERVICE
Complimentary copies and incoming fax services are available through the front desk.

CRIBS
A Pack N’ Play is available through the front desk. The availability is limited and provided on a first come first serve basis.

EMERGENCY & SECURITY
Please call the front desk in any case of an emergency.

EVENING WINE & CHEESE RECEPTION 
Each evening please join us in our hotel lobby for the Evening Wine Reception. Monday-Friday we also have a Welcome Reception, allowing you to meet our staff and enjoy complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers. 

HOUSEKEEPING
Please call the front desk for extra linens, towels or blankets and any other special requests.

ICE MACHINE
The ice machine is located on the first floor behind the main stairwell.

MAIL & MESSAGES
Mail can be picked up or dropped off at the front desk. If you have a phone message, the light will blink on your phone.

PARKING LOT
Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests, but the hotel cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles or for any damage to vehicles. The hotel parking lot consists of the two rows directly behind the hotel building. If you park in a numbered parking spot or any other unauthorized spot, there is the possibility of being towed. Please check with the front desk if you have any further questions.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
Under state law the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of money or other articles unless properly stored in a safety deposit box located at the front desk. Please do not leave money or valuables in your room.

TRANSPORTATION & TAXI SERVICE
The front desk will be happy to call you a taxi and arrange transportation for if you if you so need.

WAKE-UP SERVICE
Please call the front desk to set at Wake Up time.
