CANCELATION
Cancellations are required to be made 24 hours in advance, excluding special events – which are 7 days in advance.

PACKAGES
When your party books a minimum of 24 rooms in advance, the entire Inn becomes exclusive to your group.  All packages and rates include continental breakfast, wine and scotch. All packages and rates are based on availability. Packages do not include tax, transportation or parking. Certain restrictions may apply. Blackout dates may apply. Not available holidays.

PARKING
Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests, but the hotel cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles or for any damage to vehicles. The hotel parking lot consists of the two rows directly behind the hotel building. If you park in a numbered parking spot or any other unauthorized spot, there is the possibility of being towed. Please check with the front desk if you have any further questions.

CREDIT CARD
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is 12 Noon. If more time is required, please check with the front desk.

GUARANTEE
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests

PETS
The Inn at Claussen’s does not allow pets.

REFUND
All reservations are final and will be charged to the credit card you provided upon making the reservation.

SMOKING
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
