Policies

CANCELATION
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel at no charge. Excluding special events, which require 14 days notice to cancel. For cancellations made after the required notice you will be held financially responsible for the entire reservation. Because we are a very small property cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we must adhere to these policies in all circumstances. You are always welcome to change the name on a reservation if a friend or family member is able to visit in your place.

PARKING
Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests, but the hotel cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles or for any damage to vehicles. The hotel parking lot consists of the two rows directly behind the hotel building. If you park in a numbered parking spot or any other unauthorized spot, there is the possibility of being towed. Please check with the front desk if you have any further questions.

CREDIT CARD
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time is 3 PM, should you arrive early we will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. If your room is not available we will be happy to store your luggage until your return.
Checkout time is 12 Noon, a late checkout of 1:30 PM may be purchased in advance for $50.00, after 1:30 PM a full night’s charges will apply. Please contact front desk with any questions or to request a late departure.

GUARANTEE
Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests

PETS
The Inn at Claussen’s does not allow pets.

REFUND
All reservations are final and will be charged to the credit card you provided upon making the reservation.

SMOKING
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.

PRIVATE PARTIES
The Inn is available for private functions or parties, a minimum of 24 rooms must be booked in advance, and then the entire Inn becomes exclusive to your group. Rates and availability vary, please contact the Inn directly at 1-800-622-3382 for rates and additional information. Certain restrictions and Blackout dates may apply.
